She is driven by challenges, since she has acquire a degree in Chemistry and attributes her skills to her artistic background. After becoming her own boss, and establishing lanovias.com a freelance beauty company, she's now ventured into designing her own line of veils and head pieces to decorate her inspiring designs. Some of Ana's greatest expiriences have been designing along side Malcolm Edwards at the Mercesdez Fashion Week in NY for Herve Ledger and Mathew Williamson, aswell as traveling to the Islands to do what she loves to do as she caters to her private clients. Her mission is to bring out the inner beauty of every men and women through their outer beauty.


Since the age of eleven, Maria Antonette S. Hizon knew that she would have a future in the fashion world, thanks to her Barbie dolls. Practice makes perfect so the dolls were her first clients. Hair and make-up allowed her to fully express her personality.

High school came around the corner and before she knew it, eleven of her girlfriends asked her to do their hair and make-up for the prom. As to her astonishment, she realized that this is what she loved doing and not to mention, make a living out of it. Soon enough she got her cosmetology license after high school.

Knowing that she would one day want to open up or run a salon, she graduated with a Marketing degree from Kean University. Punctuality and Timing, Confidence, Professionalism and Personality is what you will get when meeting with her.

As long as he can remember, Andrey Barrantes has always been fascinated by color and art. Picking up his 1st makeup brush at the age of eight, not knowing he will later on pursue Makeup artistry as his career. After moving to the U.S he found himself in a different world. He quickly caught up to TV commercials, magazines, and fashion, making him curious to what this field had to offer. During his 7th grade year in high school he joined theater arts, where he was introduced to makeup in a whole different level. Always intrigued on what the girls would wear on their face and how they applied it, he decided to go back to his young years and grab a brush and do what he was born to do. As he became more involved with the backstage production of theater arts, he decided to go to cosmetology school & pursue his love for art color, and hair. Getting his 1st professional job at 16 at a photography studio doing makeup and hair, Andrey learned to work with people of all ages. Later on in his career he got introduced to some of the most popular makeup lines in the industry. He took interest in Benefit Cosmetics making it his priority to work and learn everything possible from the line. As his skills got sharp in sales & makeup application, he decided it was time to take on bigger challenges. Making he`s way into NYC, he landed many jobs with ABC`s "The view", MTV`s "Million Dollar pyramid" & other well known photographers. Now working with the team La Novia and free lancing his career, Andrey has learned from the best and continues to evolve and master the art of makeup.
